The Spotlight Loyalty Program is a voluntary rewards initiative exclusive to families enrolled in The Hangout Spot’s social skills group services. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
Eligibility: Benefits are available only to families enrolled in at least one full season (or Between the Bells) of our social skills groups. Any other services, such as school support, camp support, and evaluations do not count toward loyalty status.
Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged, sold, or combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated. In addition, loyalty rewards and benefits are specific to the enrolled child and may not be transferred to other clients within a family.
Scheduling & Availability: Rewards may be subject to blackout dates, limitations, or availability. The Hangout Spot is not responsible for any inability to redeem rewards due to scheduling conflicts or program availability.
Discounts: Discounts apply only to the services specified and cannot be applied retroactively. Families must mention their Spotlight status when booking a discounted service or program benefit.
Program Modifications: The Hangout Spot reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Spotlight Loyalty Program or any aspect of it—including tiers, eligibility, and benefits—at any time, without prior notice.
Good Standing Requirement: To redeem any benefits, a family’s account must be in good standing with no outstanding balances. Accounts with past due balances or in violation of The Hangout Spot’s policies may be deemed ineligible for rewards.
No Voucher Reissues: The Hangout Spot does not reissue lost, misplaced, or expired vouchers. It is the responsibility of the family to retain and redeem all issued vouchers within the stated time frame.
Voucher Expiration: All vouchers expire on the last day of the current season, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers will not be honored.
Fraud & Abuse: Any misuse of the program or misrepresentation of eligibility may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
